• LOGISTICS AGENT (JFK Airport)
Starting Pay: $25.00/hr.
JOB DUTIES:
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Verify Transportation System records with copies of processed bills
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or telephone
- Provide information and address customer questions
- Create and maintain dispatching orders in carrier systems and related applications
- Dispatch customer shipments
- Monitor actual transportation progress
- Enter updates and corrections for dispatch changes
- Record inbound and outbound times for shipments
- Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies
- Provide administrative support and prepare reports
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) plus one of the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, Malaysian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
