Remote Appointment Setter

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the vital link between potential clients and our sales pipeline, leveraging your excellent communication skills to engage prospects and schedule appointments for our business development team. Your proactive approach and persuasive abilities will drive growth by connecting with businesses and individuals through outbound texting / calling, warm calling, and targeted marketing efforts. Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound texts/calls to prospective clients using CRM software to generate interest in our products or services
• Engage in warm texting/calling campaigns to nurture leads and build rapport with potential customers
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet our target profile
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our technology solutions, demonstrating strong negotiation skills when needed
• Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in CRM systems like Salesforce
• Follow up with prospects via email or phone to confirm appointments and provide additional information as necessary
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates

Experience

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to text effectively or talk on the phone
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally during outbound calls
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
