Airgun Capital is a Miami, Florida-based direct-to-consumer manufacturer specializing in precision CNC-machined airgun suppressors (moderators) and threaded adapters. We design, machine, and ship our own hardware to a nationwide customer base of airgun enthusiasts, competitive shooters, and pest-control operators. Our products are sold through airguncapital.com, and we're currently expanding into a modular suppressor line, a wholesale dealer channel, and adjacent premium PCP airgun hardware.

Role Description

This is an employee role for A-students only. You need to be good at following directions.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL. We are not looking for someone who needs to be managed step-by-step, and we are not looking for someone who improvises when given clear instructions. We are looking for someone who reads the directions, follows them exactly, asks a sharp question when something is unclear, and gets it right the first time.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Assembling, inspecting, and packaging suppressors and adapters to spec
• Fulfilling and shipping Shopify orders accurately and on schedule
• Managing inventory counts and component tracking
• Handling basic customer support correspondence under existing templates and guidelines
• Supporting production workflow, QC checks, and shop organization
• Following written SOPs precisely and flagging anything that doesn't match

Qualifications

• Track record of academic or professional excellence (A-students, top performers, or people who can point to consistent high-quality work)
• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions exactly as given
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Sharp attention to detail, especially with measurements, part numbers, and order accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication
• A proactive, adaptable approach to tasks and challenges
• Comfortable working with your hands and standing/sitting for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent on-site schedule in Miami, FL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
• Bonus: prior experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, machining, firearms/airguns, or e-commerce operations
