Summary:

• Collaboratewithmanagement,engineering,IT,safety,andproductionpersonnelonsystemsupportactivitiesatAT&SacrossAirgasproductionfacilitiesnationwide.

• AssistwithPipingandInstrumentationDiagrams.

• Serveasacrossfunctionalmemberonamulti-disciplinedteamtoassistwithmaintenanceofautomatedgasfilling,blending,andanalyticalsystems.

• Technicalabilitytobuild,repair,andmaintainallsystemswithinAT&S.

• Abilitytodifferentiateandresolvemechanical,electrical,analyticalandITrelatedissues.

• Advancedtroubleshootingskillsrequiredformoresophisticatedautomationsystemsremote/on-site

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinElectricalEngineeringorrelevantfieldofstudyorequivalentexperience.

• 5 years'experiencesafelyinstallingandmaintaining,troubleshootingandrepairingcomplexandsafetysensitiveautomatedsystems.

• 5 yearsexperienceinanIndustrialGasPlantEnvironment.

• Knowledgeofelectricalcodes:NFPA70(NEC),NFPA79,NFPA496,UL508A,etc.

• 3-5 years' experience with industrial controls, computer and PLC networks, set up and assistance

• Demonstrablehistoryofcompletingprojectsontimeandwithinbudget.

Preferred:

• Experiencemanagingandknowledgeofthefollowingareashighlydesirable:SpecialtyGases,ComputerEngineering/IT,Electronics,Electricalsystems,IO/PLCcontrolsystems&methodologies,FEA,CFD,Hazops,ExperiencewithPLCcontrols,HAZOPprocedures,Visionsystems,RoboticsHighattentiontodetail,andabilitytointerpretintricatedrawingsandinstructionmanuals.

• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.

• Abilitytoeffectivelypresentinformationandrespondtoquestionsfromemployeesand/orcustomers.

• Abilitytosolvepracticalproblemsanddealwithavarietyofcomplexvariablesinsituationswhereonlylimitedstandardizationexists.
