Principal Applications Engineer

Main Accountabilities
1. Conduct feasibility studies for customer installations, analyzing process requirements and proposing suitable technologies.
2. Define, develop and improve gas applications and technical solutions, considering process improvements and safety measures.
3. Provide technical training, knowledge and materials to engineers and support staff. Stay updated on technologies and competitors to propose research projects.
4. Manage technical documentation, update and clarify the Knowledge Base, create articles, test cases, and develop training materials.
5. Offer technical expertise and engineering support during project reviews and support the readiness of new installations.
6. Coordinate trials, start-ups, and customer trainings in collaboration with Market Developers.

Differentiating Criteria
Team Management: 1-2 people (Altec experts)
Decision Making / Activity:
- Manage individual Altec projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Primarily responsible for the successful execution of assigned Altec projects.
- Providing technical support and guidance to internal and external customers (potentially through the team).

1. Master degree in engineering, science, or a related field relevant to Altec technologies (e.g., chemical engineering, materials science).
2. 5 years experience, including proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion
