Now Hiring: Field Operations Specialist
AirGarage is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist in Downtown Charleston and surrounding areas.
This role involves patrolling multiple parking lots to ensure compliance, cleanliness, and ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
- Ticket vehicles that are not in compliance
- Identify and flag vehicles requiring towing based on lot policies
- Perform trash cleanup to maintain lot appearance
- Rehang and install parking signage as needed
- Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience
- Proactively identify, document, and report operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management
- Drive between multiple parking lot locations throughout your shift
Schedule & Availability:
- Shift availability varies between the hours of 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM & 7 days a week
- Shifts are typically 6 hours, but vary depending on business needs
- Up to 29 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- iOS or Android device with basic smartphone proficiency
- Prior experience in customer service, security, enforcement, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required
