Key Responsibilities
As an AirGarage Enforcer, you will be our "boots on the ground," responsible for both the digital management and physical upkeep of our parking facilities.
1. Parking Enforcement
- Patrol: Regularly visit designated parking garages.
- Scan & Verify: Use AirGarage’s Space Force app on your smartphone to scan license plates and verify active payments.
- Citation Management: Issue tickets to violators through the app and leave physical notices on vehicles when necessary.
2. Facility Maintenance & Cleaning
- Sanitation: Walk the garage levels to pick up trash and debris.
- Surface Care: Perform occasional graffiti removal to maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial work, or light handyman services is a major plus.
- Tools: You must own a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan to operate our enforcement software. Reliable transportation is also a must.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to be on your feet for several hours and perform light manual labor (lifting, scrubbing, and using basic hand tools).
- Reliability: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude when engaging with customers and property stakeholders.
- Legal: 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
