What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Aire Serv. As a customer-facing, residential service role, you will meet with customers in their homes, complete necessary repairs or maintenance, and discuss recommended solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class service by providing exceptional experiences for customers
- Troubleshoot and provide system maintenance by consulting with clients, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems correctly
- Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans by helping customers identify needs and recommending solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in residential HVAC
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
- Professional appearance and personality
