We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients' environments.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance across various properties.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to build and assemble HVAC components.
- Familiarity with refrigerants and their handling procedures.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail..
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
