Experienced HVAC Technician
Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning of Oak Park is a locally owned HVAC company backed by the Aire Serv national brand. We have built a small, high-accountability team and need an experienced residential HVAC technician who can help us grow.
This is not a “wait to be told what to do” role. We need someone who can run service calls, support installs, communicate clearly, document work correctly, and take ownership of the day.
What You’ll Do
- Run residential HVAC service calls with limited supervision
- Diagnose heating and cooling issues accurately
- Complete common repairs
- Support equipment replacements and installs
- Gather photos, measurements, and equipment information for replacement quotes
- Identify repair, replacement, accessory, IAQ, and maintenance plan opportunities
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office
- Complete ServiceTitan notes, forms, photos, and job statuses correctly
- Use required tools and apps, including ServiceTitan and Rilla
- Help with shop, training, parts, follow up, or marketing tasks when service and install work is light
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- Strong second-person install ability required; lead install experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to use ServiceTitan Mobile or similar field software with minimal training
- Clear, professional communication
- Strong follow-through and documentation habits
- Comfortable being held accountable to process, quality, and customer experience
Strong Candidates Will Have
- Experience selling repairs, replacements, accessories, IAQ products, or maintenance plans
- Experience measuring equipment and gathering replacement quote information
- Basic sheet metal or duct transition experience
- Boiler, heat pump, or home warranty experience
- A record of strong customer reviews
Pay & Benefits
- $28–$39 /hour, based on proven experience and ability
- Additional earning potential through sales/review targets
- Sign-on or retention bonus may be available

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional evening/weekend work with notice
- Full-time and part-time. Hours depend on business needs, performance, and role fit

Pay: $28.00 - $39.00 per hour
