Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned, highly skilled HVAC Technician with an active license and a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is a dependable, detail oriented professional with strong diagnostic capabilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Provide professional customer communication and service recommendations
• Train and mentor junior technicians (As Needed)
Qualifications:
• Active HVAC Technician License (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC field experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, controls, and electrical systems
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both with customers and office staff
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with commercial rooftop units and split systems
• Familiarity with smart thermostats and energy-efficient systems
• ServiceTitan Knowledge
• NATE certification (preferred)
