At Aire Serv, we have an immediate opening for you as an HVAC Home Comfort Designer!This role includes mostly residential and some light commercial HVAC System Design work. Help design a system of equipment that will meet customers’ heating and cooling needs. Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Perform heat gain / loss calculations and utility cost projections to inspire confidence that what you’re offering will meet customer needs. Ensure clear and accurate communication with our install team to ensure all aspects of the job are completed to the customer's satisfaction.Lead Generation and Conversion – Respond to inbound lead opportunities, perform follow up calls, attend networking events, home shows, community events and cultivate quality community relationships that yield positive sales results. Maintain weekly hours for outbound lead opportunity generation while providing availability for inbound lead opportunities. Phone and in-person visits to office buildings/complexes, commercial buildings and multi-family complexes to secure annual maintenance contracts, service contracts and present proposals for replacement of equipment when necessary.Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – During in-home visits with residential clients, ask questions and listen intently to understand customer wants / needs and identify system equipment options that exceed customer expectations.
