Aire Serv of East Valley is growing and we need a DISPATCHER/CSR who will help make that growth happen.

We are located at Mesa Dr. & Southern in Mesa, AZ

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times
• 60 phone calls per day
• Minor office duties, ex; Filing.
• Dispatch & Schedule service calls Via Service Titan
• Handle web chats, social media, questions asked or appointments set on company website
• Part of the office team to put customer service first and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

TO JOIN OUR TEAM YOU MUST HAVE:

Ability and willingness to take the initiative

• At least 2 years experience as an over-the-phone customer service representative
• Preferred experience using Service Titan or other web-based scheduling software
• Microsoft experience in Word, Excel and Power Point
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to set and achieve goals
• Willingness to learn new things
• Take initiative to organize the office to ensure efficiently
• Must pass a background check
