Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you are vital to our success and to the comfort of our customers. You will provide professional service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair solutions while creating outstanding customer experiences.

Deliver World-Class Service

• Create an exceptional experience for every customer
• Build trust through professionalism, communication, and expertise

Diagnose, Repair, and Maintain HVAC Systems

• Troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform repairs accurately and efficiently
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system evaluations

Educate Customers and Provide Solutions

• Explain findings in a clear and understandable manner
• Present repair, replacement, and maintenance options
• Recommend solutions that best meet the customer's needs

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• Residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass applicable background and driving record requirements

Preferred but Not Required

• Residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• NATE Certification
• Residential new construction or retrofit experience

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly compensation ranges from $28.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience, technical ability, certifications, and overall qualifications.
