As a Service Professional Technician, you are a key team member responsible for the quality and efficient installation, service, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems, exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Ideally, you have at least 2 years of HVAC industry experience and proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast-moving environments, and can manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you are vital in caring for our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance of their home’s HVAC systems.

• Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and correctly diagnose and fix the issue.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.

Job Requirements

These are the minimum requirements for consideration for this position.

• At least 2 years of Experience in residential HVAC
• EPA Card
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform work from ladders, mechanical lifts, and in confined spaces
• Should have own hand tools
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
• Professional appearance and personality, great work ethic, and desire to advance
