What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with homeowners in a customer-facing role
• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues accurately and recommend honest, effective solutions
• Deliver world-class customer service while educating customers on system care
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
• Keep your company vehicle stocked, organized, and ready for the next call

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum requirements to be considered:

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (required); NATE Certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills with customers and office team
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in tight spaces
• Professional appearance, positive work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship

• Pay Range: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on your experience and HVAC knowledge)
• Job Type: Full-time | Expected Hours: 40 per week
