This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role based in Glendale, AZ. In this position, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system malfunctions, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and reliable service.
- Strong Customer Satisfaction skills and a focus on customer service excellence.
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues effectively.
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair, including installation and adjustments of HVAC and related systems.
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance techniques to ensure optimal functionality and lifespan of HVAC systems.
- Certification in EPA standards and regulations, with a strong understanding of safe practices.
- Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
