Route Service/Sales Representative
Summary
Responsible for providing service to Aire-Master customers and actively growing the business through the sales of new prospects, increasing services to existing customers and selling products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include but not limited to the following:*
Act in accordance with company mission, values, policies, and procedures:
To provide invaluable services that enhance the customer’s image of quality.
Actively sells new service and products to existing customers and new prospects.
Provide service to existing customers according to frequency, specification, and Aire-Master standards.
Maintain a Positive mental attitude, Teamwork and communication, Concern for others, Going the extra mile, Innovative thinking, Training and education, Honesty, Reliability, Excellence, Constant improvement.
Communicates EASILY to maintain and build relationships with Aire-Master customers by including customer in quality inspection of service and actively resolves any outstanding issues.
Maintain a professional appearance and keep Van and other company equipment with same professional appearance. Attention to detail in both of these areas.
Provide quality workmanship with attention to detail of the job. Recognizing and having the ability to sell new and added services to existing customers.
Participates in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with thoughts, ideas, and feedback from the customers.
Adapts easily to change and can work efficiently and independently as a self-starter.
May be involved with training new franchise operators and/or franchise employees.
Has a willingness to help other staff in your department as well as assists other departments within organization on sales and route division material and information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
