OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES
BASE SALARY, plus Commission
Aire-Master is seeking an outside sales representative with experience in business to business cold calling. Aire-Master provides business to business services on repeat service cycle. Aire-Master offers services and products that maintain and enhance the customer's image of quality for their customers and employees. Services include ambient scent marketing, odor control, hand care, floor and wall service, and a full range for facility products.
This position is responsible for selling these route services to both new and existing customers.
Some of the duties include:
- Actively engages in new service and product sales to existing customers and new prospects
- Making 20 - 30 cold calls per day / follow up required
- Meet with customers periodically to maintain and build relationships, check service quality, and resolve any outstanding issues
- Assist with setup and participation in trade shows, division sales blitzes, etc.
Skills needed:
- Ability to sell
- Good communication, listening and organizational skills
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
