The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day life and operations run seamlessly. You anticipate needs before they arise, execute quickly, and maintain a calm, confident presence in all environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex calendar and schedule management
- Travel coordination (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Managing communications and priorities
- Handling errands, reservations, and lifestyle logistics
- Coordinating vendors, services, and household operations
- Supporting projects and ad hoc business needs
- Creating seamless daily flow with minimal friction
