What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven leadership on installation crews
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, layouts, and code compliance
- Ability to mentor and train junior installers
- A commitment to doing the job right the first time
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Installing a variety of systems including furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units
- Ensuring installations meet all local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Coordinating with customers and team members to ensure smooth job flow
- Training and supervising install helpers and apprentices
- Representing Aire Care with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
