Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, move-ins, and move-outs.
Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
Market vacant properties and secure qualified tenants.
Collect rent and handle financial reporting for properties.
Perform office management duties, including coordinating administrative tasks and supporting daily operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
Strong sales, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with the local housing market in Honolulu, HI.
Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
