What You’ll Be Responsible For as a Service Technician II When you meet with AirDuctify customers, you’ll:
- Perform air duct and dryer vent diagnostic inspections.
- Clean, repair, and install dryer vents and air duct systems.
- Identify and resolve airflow and safety issues to improve indoor air quality.
- Recommend and offer customers complete solutions based on their needs.
- Educate homeowners on best practices for maintenance and fire prevention.

- Enjoy troubleshooting and fixing problems on-site.
- Are comfortable working independently — you’ll have a company-provided van and handle jobs solo.
- Have strong communication skills — you’ll clearly explain issues and solutions to customers.
- Can handle physical work — climbing ladders, working in crawl spaces, and reaching rooftop vents.
- Aren’t afraid of small spaces, heights, or the occasional critter (birds, bugs, etc.).
- Have basic tool knowledge and a willingness to learn more.
- Are committed to home safety and enjoy helping families create healthier living spaces.
Preferred but Not Required:
- HVAC certification or prior experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC, or home services.
- Mechanical or technical background.
- Plumbing Experience
