Airdo Werwas, LLC, is actively seeking an experienced Paralegal with strong attention to detail and 2–5 years of experience to support our legal team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with sophisticated clients. This role involves managing complex litigation matters, coordinating case documents, and ensuring seamless communication between attorneys and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary liaison between the Firm, its network of local defense counsels in other jurisdictions, and client contacts, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- Provide comprehensive litigation support, ensuring seamless case management from inception to resolution.
- Maintain and organize case files, including all litigation-related filings and all documents and other information received from clients.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive client information, legal documents, and case details.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with high-level clients, demonstrating poise and discretion.
- Assist in trial preparation, including attending trials, hearings, and depositions as needed.
- Manage and track deadlines, calendars, and court filings to ensure compliance with all litigation timelines.
- Conduct thorough document reviews and analysis to support litigation strategy.
- Prepare detailed summaries of client and witness statements.

Education & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role
- Experience handling complex litigation matters and managing voluminous documents preferred.
