Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure durable, high-quality results. Responsibilities
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming
- Execute blocking and leveling to achieve smooth, uniform surfaces
- Apply top coats, base coats, and clear coats with precision
- Perform buffing, polishing, and finishing work to achieve high-gloss results
- Identify and correct imperfections such as runs, orange peel, or contamination
- Mix and match paints to meet color and finish specifications
- Maintain a clean and controlled work environment
- Follow proper safety and handling procedures for coatings and materials

Requirements
- 3–5 years of painting experience (aircraft, automotive, or high-end finishes)
- Strong knowledge of prep work: sanding, blocking, masking, priming
- Experience with spray guns (HVLP or equivalent)
- Ability to produce high-gloss, defect-free finishes
- Skilled in buffing, polishing, and paint correction
- Understanding of paint mixing and application techniques
- High attention to detail and consistency
