About the Role  We are seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design to support the development of aircraft power electronics systems up to 30 kW. This role supports commercial aviation, defense programs, and emerging advanced air mobility platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on hardware design experience combined with system-level thinking in regulated, high-reliability environments.    Key Responsibilities  Design and analyze analog and digital circuitry for aerospace power electronics productsDevelop and support power conversion systems up to 30 kWPerform schematic capture, component selection, simulation, and board bring-upSupport hardware integration, testing, and validationContribute to environmental and compliance efforts (e.g., DO-160 or similar standards)Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teamsParticipate in design reviews and architecture discussionsProvide technical guidance to junior engineers as needed     Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering7 years of experience in power electronics hardware designStrong proficiency in both analog and digital circuit designExperience developing power conversion systemsExperience with schematic capture and PCB design toolsU.S. Citizenship or Green Card required     Preferred Qualifications  Experience in aerospace or other high-reliability industriesFamiliarity with DO-160, MIL-STD, or related standardsExperience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniquesExperience supporting certification or regulated development environments Company DescriptionThis is a great opportunity to work for a well recognized leader in the aircraft industry who's products can be found on almost every commercial, business and military plane flying. Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
