Job Description:
- Welcoming guests at the offices front desk
- Directing visitors to the appropriate employee and office
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Tidying the reception area and restocking supplies, such as paper or pens
- Providing basic information to callers or escalating the issue to the office manager
- Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail and deliveries
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
