Le programme Volontariat International (VIE) est un programme international sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.
Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE:
- Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum.
- Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Vous rejoindrez le departement en charge de la Strategie, de la Transformation et de la veille concurrentielle. Ce VIE debutera en septembre 2026 et aura une duree de 18 mois.
Ce poste peut necessiter une habilitation de securite ou necessite d'etre eligible a une habilitation par les autorites reconnues.
Missions et responsabilites:
Pour repondre au developpement des activites de strategie et de veille concurrentielle au sein d'Airbus Americas, l'equipe recherche un profil curieux, organise et dynamique pour contribuer aux activites suivantes :
Veille concurrentielle et veille sur la regulation
Strategie
Vos principales taches et responsabilites comprendront :
Etre en charge de veille concurrentielle sur des sujets specifiques, plutot orientes vers les helicopteres et la defense, le domaine de l'energie et des ressources clefs (notamment les minerais critiques)
Travailler en support de projets strategiques (presentations, coordination)
Coordination au sein de l'equipe Strategie: assurer une bonne communication et de la fluidite entre les travaux des equipes Strategie et veille et les equipes Sustainability
Des deplacements professionnels sont a prevoir et, de ce fait, vous devez etre dispose(e) a vous deplacer en consequence.
Competences requises
Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :
Diplome: licence
Experience en Strategie ou en veille concurrentielle
Capacites d'analyse et de resolution de problemes
Esprit d'initiative et autonomie
Pratique de la suite Google
Bonnes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
De bonnes connaissances pre existantes de l' environnement interne d' Airbus sont fortement requises.
Bonne organisation: capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement en respectant les delais

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
- European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old.
- Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any.
- Fluent in English.

A VIE for a Strategy and Competitive intelligence project manager role has arisen within Airbus Americas in Washington, D.C. You will join the Strategy, Transformation and Sustainability department.
This VIE will start in September 2026 and will have a duration of 18 months.
This position may require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
Tasks & accountabilities
To meet the growing demand for Airbus Americas Strategy, the strategy team is seeking an open minded, curious, dynamic and organized project manager to support on strategy projects and contribute to the competitive intelligence and regulatory monitoring and analysis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be accountable for some competitive intelligence projects, mainly focused on helicopters and defense, as well as the energy domain and key ressources (including critical minerals)
Support certain strategy projects (presentations, coordination)
Coordination within the Strategy team: ensure a smooth communication and sharing of different topics between the Strategy and Intell team and the Sustainability team.
Candidate must possess:
Bachelor degree
Experience in strategy and in competitive intelligence
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
Ability to take initiatives and be autonomous
Working knowledge of Google Suite
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good pre-existing knowledge of Airbus (internal process, organization) at the Corporate is preferred
Strong organizational skills, ability to work on different topics in parallel.
Upper-intermediate English level required (Negotiation)
