- Flight Line & Operations: Flight Line Mechanics, Composite Technicians & Machinists, Operations Supervisors, Station Managers, Fleet Manager
- Certification & Delivery: Aircraft Certifying Manager, Customer Acceptance & Delivery Manager, Safety Officer
- Proven experience in aerospace, aviation maintenance, structural manufacturing, or specialized engineering fields
- Strong technical acumen tailored to high-precision manufacturing environments
- Relevant certifications or specialized credentials depending on role (e.g., A&P licenses, engineering degrees, or quality certifications)
