What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Air Van Inc?
We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our 3PL warehouse team. You'll help our clients by answering questions, solving problems, and making sure their orders are handled smoothly.
What You'll Do...
- Communicate with customers by phone or email to answer questions.
- Enter and track orders in our Warehouse Management System.
- Help solve delivery or inventory issues.
- Work with the warehouse operators to make sure orders are correct and on time.
- Keep records of customer interactions and updates.
- Create simple reports about orders and inventory.
What We're Looking For...
- 1 year of customer service experience (warehouse or logistics is a bonus).
- Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook, data entry, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay is $21-$22 per hour. This is an ON SITE position, remote or hybrid not available. Schedule is M-F, occasional weekend opportunities.
