Summary:
The ATSG IT Department is looking to add a Senior Software Developer to our Software Services team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced developer to build and support internal applications critical to ATSG's operations. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, help shape technical direction, and work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and .NET
* Participate in code reviews and system design discussions
* Ensure code is efficient, scalable, and well-tested
* Partner with PMs and stakeholders to deliver on-time solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Minimum Qualifications:
* 8 years of hands-on experience in software development
* Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core
* Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
* Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and REST APIs
* Familiar with Git or equivalent source control
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with microservices and Docker
* Familiarity with React or Angular
* Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
Current Tech Stack:
* Backend: C#, .NET 6 , ASP.NET Core
* Databases: SQL Server, Oracle
* BI Tools: Power BI
