Purpose:

To provide professional, accurate, cost-effective hotel accommodations and ground transportation for internal customers within company guidelines and standards for excellent customer service and analyzing expenditures with reconciliation of travel expenses. This position will require a flexible schedule; Work hours will vary depending on project assignment based upon ATI’s operational needs but will not exceed 30 hours per week. Travel may be required in ILN for training purposes.

Job Functions:

• Perform administrative assistance and support. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision, effective in overcoming budgetary resistance, ability to identify and develop solutions to prospective travelers needs/problem, ability to communicate those solutions to a wide array of influencers and decision makers. Assist with all travel service for ATI which includes service satisfaction indexing, cost analysis and financial reconciliation, vendor selection analysis, contract negotiation, ability to book tickets in Sabre Red and administration, and budget forecasting for hotels, ground transportation and vendor selection
• Input data into multiple data base systems (Prime, Sabre, Excel, etc.)
• Maintain confidential files
• Create professional documents and reports to assist designated department (MS Office Products)
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers through written or verbal communication
• Possess strong attention to detail while performing repetitive task
• Must be multi-task oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Available to work any shift and weekends
• Ability to lift 40 lbs; Ability to stand, bend, and reach in order to maintain files; sit for extended periods of time
• Must have current valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
• Working knowledge and experience of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office software
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
• Comply with ATI attendance requirements
• Light to moderate lifting is required
