As a Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of your store’s success — driving sales, leading your team, and ensuring every customer walks out confident and connected. You’ll be the face of Air Time Wireless, representing the AT&T brand with pride, professionalism, and passion. You’ll be responsible for:
- Hitting and exceeding store sales goals
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring your sales team
- Recruiting and training new talent
- Managing schedules, inventory, and daily operations
- Providing a friendly and professional customer experience
- Maintaining brand standards and operational excellence
- Promoting a positive, high-energy work culture
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You’re a natural leader with a strong sales background and the ability to influence, motivate, and deliver results. You’ll succeed if you have:
- 2 years of retail or wireless sales management experience
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
