- Lead and oversee residential remodeling projects
- Perform hands-on work (windows, doors, flooring, general remodeling)
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in remodeling/construction
- Must have your own hand tools (all major tools provided)
- Valid driver’s license and must be insurable under company insurance
- Must provide a driving abstract
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a crew and work independently
