Full job description
Well established and growing company looking for qualified individuals to join our expanding divisions. With over 25 years of experience in the mechanical field with new builds, retrofits, incentive upgrades, construction, installs and service for commercial and multi-family properties and projects.
Candidates for all positions should possess the following qualities:
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

- Have a desire to make money and do well for themselves
Seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer with hands-on experience in commercial systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical abilities, can work efficiently on a crew, and can complete high-quality installations on commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Install and braze linesets for VRF systems and typical split systems
- Install commercial packaged HVAC units
- Assist with commercial building control wiring and system interfacing (BACnet or similar)
- Run lift equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform overhead work and install hanging systems
- Read and follow plans, schematics, and installation documents
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards
- Communicate effectively with the foreman and other team members
- Maintain safe and organized work practices on the jobsite
Qualifications:
- Commercial HVAC installation experience required
- Strong understanding of VRF, split systems, and commercial equipment
- Ability to braze, run linesets, and work overhead
- Comfortable operating lift equipment
- Ability to read and follow installation drawings and wiring diagrams
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday work during peak season
- Typically 8am - 5pm
- Hours may vary dependent on project or job on
- Occasional overnight jobs - advance notice given each time
