Position Description:
Stockroom picker and material handler performing electronic computer transactions using handheld scanners and computer terminals. Fulfilling put-away and replenishment orders, operating lift equipment such as a sit down/standup forklift and a stand on walkie-rider.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse receiving, put-away and picking within a manufacturing environment
Core Skill Requirements:
- Ability to operate very narrow aisle lift equipment is a plus
- Ability to speak, understand read and write English
- Good written and oral skills, detailed and results oriented
- Ability to navigate within the company computer systems, familiar with bill of material structuring basics
- Ability to complete all company training courses and operate equipment required for this position
- Capable of operating hand held scanners performing picking and processing transactions
- Capable of operating material handling equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Performs other duties, as assigned
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent or related experience.
