Warehouse Associate

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Air Techs of Houston is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team. The Warehouse Associate position is paid hourly.   

Job Summary:

As the Warehouse Associate, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies. You will be responsible for helping with inventory, shipments, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Packs and loads products onto trucks 
• Organize parts in the warehouse and keep up to date on inventory
• Deliver parts to technicians when needed
• Ensure that products are delivered on time and in the proper condition.
• Available to respond to emergency pick-up and delivery after hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility is required; at any time may be asked to change or extend scheduled work hours according to the departments’ needs
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Able to maintain good relationships with technicians and installers.

Required Qualifications 

• Valid Driver’s License 

• Previous warehouse experience 

• Clean driving record 

• Time management skills 

• Basic software understanding 

• Self-motivation 

• High School diploma or equivalent 

• Excellent customer service skills 

• Basic computer skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Service Titan experience  

• HVAC Service experience

Compensation & Hours 

• Pay: $15/hr-$20/hr

• Hours: 12pm-10pm
• Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
