Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician, located in Gillette, WY. The Service Technician will perform a variety of HVAC-related tasks, including diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and performing repairs and replacements for heating and cooling systems such as ACs, heat pumps, and furnaces. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems and diagnose issues
- Proficient in performing preventive maintenance and repair tasks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Experience with customer satisfaction practices, including effective communication and problem resolution
- Knowledge of and compliance with EPA guidelines and certifications
- Attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work in an on-site environment
- Previous experience in HVAC or related technical roles is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in the HVAC field is preferred
