Job Summary
Air Systems is looking for an Engineering Intern for our Building Automation Systems (BAS) Department in San Jose, CA.
Schedule: 40 hours/week, M-F

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Help apply HVAC, electrical, building automation and energy efficiency best known methods and theory to design building automation systems using both ALC and Distech controls
- Survey project sites
- Review MEP design documents and generate RFIs
- Help create BMS design drawings and submittals
- Support material procurement
- Support installation team, technicians, and project managers
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in HVAC systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about construction processes and HVAC systems.
