Air Star Transportation has been providing safe, timely, accommodating, and reliable transportation services in the city of Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We are seeking a highly motivated individual as a Driver Trainer, in our West Mifflin location. We are searching for an experienced Driver Trainer who can be flexible with their schedule. Compensation will be based of experience.

Summary: Successful Candidate is responsible for the design, development and implementation of training programs and required to perform all new hire training for drivers (classroom and on the road). Also, any remedial and refresher training required as well as be responsible for the creation, revision and implementation of policies, procedures, systems and performing safety training at various levels of the organization.

Ideal Candidate will possess:

· Training experience preferred

· Safety experience (preferred)

· Excellent computer and customer service skills

· Analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills

· Fleet safety knowledge and experience a plus.

· Presentation and interpersonal skills

· Curriculum and training manual development skills

· Microsoft Office knowledge

· Transportation Industry Experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time
