NOW HIRING: RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid residential plumbing knowledge, and hands-on experience working with home warranty companies.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support residential plumbing technicians
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate plumbing service calls and warranty work
- Work directly with home warranty companies, dispatch teams, and customers
- Review estimates, diagnoses, repairs, and job documentation
- Monitor technician performance, productivity, and callbacks
- Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and according to company standards
- Help train, coach, and develop plumbing technicians
- Resolve customer and warranty-related issues
What We’re Looking For
- Previous plumbing management or supervisory experience
- Home warranty experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage technicians and multiple jobs efficiently
- Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
