Air Rover, part of Western Protective Solutions, is looking for a Lead Engineer to guide our engineering team and ensure successful project execution. You’ll oversee design, quality, and project management while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Production to drive product innovation and manufacturing readiness.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor engineers and CAD technicians.
- Manage projects, schedules, and engineering deliverables.
- Review and approve designs, drawings, and models for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure quality control and support design-for-manufacturing initiatives.
- Maintain BOMs and documentation while tracking project progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years in mechanical/product design; 2 years leading engineering projects or teams.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD/CAE tools.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Strategic thinker, problem solver, and effective communicator.
