Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, engaging small-group reading lessons via Zoom for up to four elementary students, following provided step-by-step curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain instructional fidelity to structured literacy and Science of Reading approaches.
- Administer and record routine assessments, monitor student progress, and document outcomes using established tools and reporting procedures.
- Provide timely, actionable feedback to students and school partners to support continuous growth.
- Create and sustain a positive, orderly virtual learning environment that supports student engagement and learning.
- Participate in required training, curriculum orientation, and periodic coaching to ensure consistent instructional quality.
- Maintain professional communication and reliability with scheduling, attendance, and session preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Authorization to work in the United States and residence within the U.S.
- Proficiency with Zoom and common digital teaching tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with elementary-aged students.
