What You'll Do
- Assist in the fabrication of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal products.
- Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare sheet metal components.
- Support experienced fabricators while learning the trade.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- HVAC or sheet metal experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work hard and learn a skilled trade.
- We will train the right person.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Comfortable using hand tools.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to lift materials and work in a shop environment.
