What You'll Do:
As a Materials Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring materials and parts flow efficiently to support operations:
Pick and prepare parts accurately for shipment
Process material reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP
Monitor shared inbox for urgent and priority requests
Coordinate same-day and emergency shipments
Receive, label,and accurately stock material
Support Shipping & Receiving operations (cross-trained role)
Operate material handling equipment safely
Maintain readiness to support critical needs, including on-call rotation
What You Bring / Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of material handling or logistics experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
SAP experience is a plus
Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
This is a safety-sensitive, plant-based role.
Location & Work Environment
Located within convenient commuting distance of downtown Pittsburgh
On-call rotation required once fully independent
