How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Customer Experience Products Manager is accountable for executing the strategy and roadmap of the Customer Experience Domain, ensuring alignment with the global product strategy defined with the Customer and Employee Experience Domain Director and with Group IT stakeholders. He/She collaborates closely with local and regional teams to guarantee effective deployment, adoption, and support of IT products and services within the Domain.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Customer & Employee Experience Domain Director in the following activities:
Customer Experience Domain roadmap
Convert Customer Experience Domain Strategy into clear goals & priorities and execute related product roadmap activities
Support PMs when identifying strategic needs in their scope, and oversee prioritization of initiatives across product teams, allocating resources & funding across teams
Coordinate the Customer Experience Domain teams work , animate PM/PO community, securing engagement & collaboration
Collect & consolidate relevant KPIs/insights to report on value delivered at the Domain level
Driving roll-out and change management activities for global products of their Domain scope
Monitor adoption and success realization, qualify/quantify value delivered at the Domain level
Ensure overall work of products team is achieved in time and within budget
Promote adoption of IT solutions by driving awareness, training and stakeholder buy-in within the Domain
Ensure consistency and coordination between products team of the scope, foster best practices and synergies

Are you a MATCH?
Education, Training or Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, MIS, Business, or a related discipline
5 years experience in two of the three areas: Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management.
General Requirements and Knowledge
Expertise in the Domain scope, with a deep understanding of challenges in the Domain for their geographical scope
Knowledge in CRM eCommerce, and sales related business processes is a must.
Strong strategic planning capabilities
Strong experience in project management
Experience in people management
Stakeholder engagement & communication / animation skills
Familiarity with agile principles & associated ways of working
