Responsibilities will include processing purchase orders from MRP, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, and liaising with inventory teams and management.
- Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best
- Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
- Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the inventory team, management, and stockroom as
- Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to
- Handle outside processing.
- Disposition NCRs on time.
- Coordinate with accounting for supplier payments / resolutions etc.
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED is required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- SAP
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
