This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the effectiveness, functionality, and quality of Association software.
Main Responsibilities:
- Requirements analysis for software development projects
- Quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure high-quality software products
- Continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency
- Clear communications between business stakeholders and development teams
- UX assessment for user-friendly software applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of proven experience as a Software Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Specialist in a software development environment; five (5) or more years strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Experience with CRM/AMS platforms, Aptify preferred
- Experience with applying generative AI concepts to web applications
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Jira, Selenium, TestRail, or similar
