Essential results-based duties |
· Operate within the Air Lift Guiding Principles: respect, innovation, continuous improvement, integrity · Manage Applications team to deliver world-class air suspension kits

Position Requirements:
- Suspension product development experience (min 5 years), including
- Gather customer requirements
- Create comprehensive product specifications
- Manage contractor / supplier development programs
- Coordinate Prototype builds and lab testing / validation
- Define and manage customer integration of system
- In-Field support of customer including testing and development
- Project Management experience (min 2 years) including
- cross-disciplined team task management using Gantt charts
- Gantt creation and active revision to overcome obstacles
- Able to technically lead and manage multiple projects
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelors of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Automotive / commercial truck systems experience
- Structured product development (APQP) experience including DFMEA, DVP
- Able to generate detailed reports and communicate clearly using MS Office tools
- Team player: able to work on multiple projects in a dynamic work environment
