What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservationist and Customer Service Representative position at Air Kauai Helicopter Tours?
Looking for a reservationist for our family run helicopter tour company. Schedule will be 4- 10/hour days and need to be able to work weekends. Must have a driver's license and pass a background check in order to get required FAA ramp badge. We are seeking a hard worker who can be able to multi-task, computer skills to take reservations, phone etiquette, coordinating the schedule, enjoy laughing a lot and working in the tourism industry. Serious inquiries ONLY. Must currently reside on the island of Kauai. This is not an opportunity for relocation or remote work. Pay negotiable upon experience.
